Brick Slips are produced in a few ways but the three most popular are either cut from the facing of a original brick to a thickness that the customer requires this is in most cases the most expensive. Extruded clay is formed and then wire cut to 15-20mm in most cases, or cast in moulds using a light weight eco material. The advantage of this is that we can product nearly every brick that has been produced in the UK at a relatively cheap cost compared to the two previous systems
